CHEF NICK TAN
is the Deputy Principal of Silver Chef Academy

He hails from Johor and has now settled down in Kuala Lumpur. A specialist in Patisserie and has extensive years of experience in teaching. Coming from a background of Patisserie and Culinary expertise, he excels in making Asian and Western Pastries among other patisserie products. He also has a flair for fruits-cutting designing and decorations.

Chef Nick Tan has worked throughout Malaysia and abroad, in which, he has gained a vast amount of experiences. He also has experience in setting and running a cake shop; thus, students are free to ask him for advice anytime.

As known to many of his students, Chef Nick Tan is a witty lecturer who makes the learning experience for his students an enjoyable and knowledgeable one. With his inventive and encouraging nature, students can always approach him easily for ideas and support should any issue arise.
